The Vystopia Impact Assessment

The Vystopia Impact Assessment

Created by Clare Mann - Vegan Psychologist & Vystopia Transformation Coach

Becoming vegan changes everything. Not just what’s on your plate, but how you see the world, how you relate to others, and how you carry the knowledge of what’s happening to animals every single day. For many vegans, this awakening brings with it a profound sense of anguish, a feeling of isolation, frustration, and grief that can be difficult to navigate alone. This is what Clare Mann calls vystopia.

The Vystopia Impact Assessment is an invitation to pause and honestly explore where you are right now in your vystopia journey. It’s not a diagnosis and it’s not a fixed verdict on who you are. It’s a snapshot, a compassionate and honest look at how vystopia is showing up in your life in this moment, because that can and does change from day to day.

Some days the weight of knowing feels crushing. Other days, something shifts and you feel the fire of purpose and the clarity of conviction. The Vystopia Transformation model is built on the understanding that where you are today is simply the starting point, and that with the right tools, support, and community, the very pain of vystopia can become your greatest source of impact in the world.

Take your time with each question. Answer honestly for where you are today, not where you think you should be. What you’ll discover here is how vystopia is affecting you and the profound impact you’re capable of having when you transform it.

You will need 3-4 minutes to complete the assessment.

Disclaimer: This Vystopia Impact Assessment is offered as a compassionate tool for self-reflection, not as a clinical psychological assessment. It does not diagnose any condition or replace professional mental health support. If you are struggling significantly right now, please know that reaching out to a qualified professional is always the right thing to do. This assessment is simply a starting point, a way of putting language around something you may have been feeling for a long time.
